America’s Finest Mailboxes ship within three weeks from date of order. We ship our products exclusively by UPS ground with no added handling fees. Shipping of America’s Finest Mailboxes to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada is available. Contact us at email@example.com to make arrangements.
We take great pride in utilizing quality packing methods; however, we realize that our mailboxes may occasionally be damaged in shipping. We take full responsibility for the safe arrival of our quality product when you adhere to the following terms. Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and note any damage when signing for the shipment. Open every box immediately. Damage is not always obvious. Even if you do not intend to install your mailbox right away, you must inspect it immediately. If you elect not to open a box for a period of time longer than 2 business days, you are assuming responsibility for any damages that may have occurred. If your schedule does not allow for timely inspection, please contact us to make suitable arrangements. In the unlikely event you encounter a problem with your order, please notify us within 2 business days. Save all cartons and packing material until your claim is resolved. We want you to be fully satisfied with your mailbox. We rarely receive returns from our customers because we work together up front to assure that the correct mailbox is ordered. We encourage you to take advantage of our “sample program” and qualified staff if you are not confident with the specifics of your order. Each of our mailboxes are manufactured to your specifications from thousands of configurations, thus, returned items are subject to a 50% restock charge plus shipping to cover the costs of production. Mailboxes with House Numbers and Illuminated House Numbers are considered custom orders & are not eligible for Exchange or Refund unless defective. Contact email@example.com to discuss the details and acquire a return goods authorization, (RGA). Mailboxes will not be accepted by our Receiving Department without an (RGA) number.
To return an item, it must be returned to America’s Finest within three weeks of the ship date freight prepaid. (No Exceptions) Returned items must be received by us in original condition and must not have been installed. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging, in the manner that it was shipped. Items that have been damaged during return shipment are the buyer’s responsibility. For your protection, please obtain insurance on items being returned.
